Greetings, The Marabou Lounge is not yet a place but a "state of mind".

We are holding this page as we develop future plans to explore some of the possibilities to educate, share ideas and stories that seem to follow this somewhat unfamiliar but somewhat mythic bird called the Marabou!

The Marabou stork is a large wading bird in the stork family Ciconiidae. It breeds in Africa south of the Sahara, in both wet and arid habitats, often near human habitation, especially landfill sites.
